These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dreamagainmethod.com (the "Site") and any Dream Again products or services. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Dream Again Global LLC ("Dream Again", "we", "us", "our") is a Florida limited liability company. We publish the Dream Again Method, the Dream Again Reset Guide, the forthcoming book Dream Again: Your Comeback Starts Now., the Dream Again Accelerator course, 1:1 coaching, and related content. The brand is led by Erik Kingsley, The Comeback Voice.
The Site provides educational and inspirational content related to personal rebuilding, faith, and leadership. Some content is free (the Reset Guide, blog content, podcast). Other content is paid (the book, the Accelerator, 1:1 coaching, speaking engagements).

All content on the Site — text, graphics, design, photos, videos, audio, the Dream Again Method framework, the 7 stages, the book content, the Accelerator curriculum, the brand name, logos, and the cinematic visual identity — is owned by Dream Again Global LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

When you purchase a product (book, course, coaching), you will receive separate purchase terms covering refunds, access, and delivery. Those purchase terms supplement these Terms.
For digital products (the Reset Guide, the Accelerator, 1:1 coaching packages), our refund policy will be presented at the point of purchase. Generally, we offer reasonable refunds when requested in good faith within the stated window. Speaking engagement deposits follow the booking contract signed at the time of engagement.
If you reply to our emails, submit testimonials, or send us content, you grant Dream Again a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and adapt that content to operate, promote, and improve our products and services. We will not use your name without your permission.
The Site links to external services (Amazon for the book, social platforms, podcast players, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
The Site and all Dream Again content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, transformation, or comeback from following our content. Your results are your own.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Again Global LLC and its officers, members, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our content. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dream Again Global LLC from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date reflects when the most recent version went live. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
